My hair girl told me about Brocato's cloud 9 blowout a couple of cuts ago but I don't always take product recommendations from stylists - who knows what their motivations are. After noticing that my hair girl uses this every time she cuts my hair I figured there must be a reason for her loyalty so I bought it.
